Bernini Room

Romantic getaways await guests who reserve the Bernini Room at Inntiquity, A Country Inn, our luxury boutique hotel in Logansport, Indiana. This room offers a king-sized hand-painted Italian bed accented with bird finials. There is a handy adjustable reading light for reading in bed. A chaise lounge is also available for reading with its own freestanding reading lamp. Two comfortable Oriental chairs along with an Oriental trunk provide a gathering area. There is an Oriental chest on chest for clothing storage as well as a lacquer box on a stand with a chinoiserie mirror.

Beside the bed, there are Biedermeier nightstands & also a Biedermeier settee. There is a TV available for streaming Internet content. Fine linens adorn the bed from such brands as Frette, Pratesi, DeLorme, Sferra, Hotel Collection & Matouk some with Alencon and Point Venise lace trim including down pillows, or there is a PrimaLoft option as well. The antique French chandelier with morning glory leaves & tendrils has been converted from candle to electricity. An Atrium door gives access to a private patio.

The bathroom is the hidden gem to this room! It has a Kohler body spa system that propels water through the air thus maximizing this invigorating effect of hydromassage. This is done with a waterfall with lights or ten adjusting jets. It also has a regular shower on the opposite side. A travertine tiled bathroom is completed by vessel sink & a heated tile floor.
